Workplace Health Screening at its Best
We love it when our clients and their employees take the time to share feedback about their experience of working with us to deliver their onsite health screening and health and wellbeing initiatives. Not only does their feedback allow us to monitor our quality and professionalism, we also use it to make important improvements to our services as well as some game-changing innovations that keep us ahead of the competition.
It’s lovely to be able to share with everyone in our fantastic team such client comments as those below that we’ve received during recent weeks. We are also delighted to have achieved an amazing 100% in all our quality and service KPIs during May (we set our monthly target at 95%).
The positive news keeps on flowing as we’ve just heard that we’re a finalist in the Workplace Savings & Benefits 2017 awards in the Health and Wellbeing Provider of the Year category! A fantastic achievement but something that couldn’t have been accomplished without the support of our clients and the dedication from our team.

“I found the assessor extremely helpful and flexible and a credit to you all. A colleague was advised to visit the local walk-in centre as a result of their health check, and subsequently was then rushed to the local A and E, where a blood clot was found on the lungs and he was kept in overnight.”
This last point is a great reminder to us all why do what we do and the impact of our work.
