Success for Healthy Performance’s clients as the Sunday Times ‘Best Companies To Work For’ are announced

Every year best companies and The Sunday Times collaborate to host an awards evening to celebrates organisations who have gone the extra mile to make their business a great place to work.

Each company that registers to be considered for the prestigious awards are internally assessed and ranked based on 8 key workplace engagement factors.

There are four main categories at the awards; best big, mid-sized, small and not-for-profit companies to work for.

Entrants are assessed against each other and placed into the relevant category with the top 100 highest scorers of each category making the honorary lists.

the sunday times best companies to work forThis year we’re delighted to announce that not only did we have multiple clients featuring in all four categories, but on average they rose up their respective category rankings by a whopping 15 positions! As a result of their continual investment in their staff’s health and wellbeing their overall wellbeing score also rose on average by 4 positions.

Whilst we can’t take all the credit (nor would we want to), there’s no doubt that employee health and wellbeing plays a critical role in the overall employee experience.

Wellbeing is one of the eight engagement factors used to determine the position that the company achieves in the rankings and we couldn’t be happier with the great strides our clients have made to become a happier, healthier workforce.

Here’s how our onsite health assessments have helped 5th placed Willmott Dixon to improve their employees’ health and wellbeing.
