There has been double success for Healthy Performance, as we successfully achieved ISO9001 Quality Management System certification, and took home the ‘Health and Wellbeing Provider of the Year’ prize at the Workplace Savings and Benefits (WSB) Awards.
We are delighted to have successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System accreditation, especially as we are the first specialist wellbeing company to do so. ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard and is the world’s most widely adopted Quality Management System (QMS). The certification demonstrates our ability to consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. The certification is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
In achieving the certification, we join over million companies and organisations in over 170 countries in being certified.
Commenting on our ISO 9001:2015 certification, managing director, Wayne Campbell said “This is a fantastic team achievement for our team, who have worked really hard over the last 3-6 months to formalise all of the amazing work we have been doing for many years. We see ISO 9001:2015 as a fundamental part of our strategy, aligning perfectly with one of our values – Quality (Professional, Energy and Quality).
Our vision is to become the UK’s Wellbeing provider of choice and our next objective is to begin work on ISO 27001, something we aim to successfully achieve by the end of 2020 as a key part of our digital strategy. The future is really exciting for everyone at Healthy Performance and our objective is to continue our growth whilst maintaining our exceptional client satisfaction levels”.
Our second success this week came at last night’s WSB Awards at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, where we beat off tough competition to be awarded ‘Health and Wellbeing Provider of the Year’.
This award was decided by a panel made up of leading figures from the HR and workplace benefits industry, with companies such as Ferguson, Johnson Controls, Howden Group, Direct Line Group, Sanofi, Countrywide, AstraZeneca, Oxford University Press and Boston Consulting Group represented on the judging panel.
In being named ‘Health and Wellbeing Provider of the Year’, we triumphed over our fellow shortlisted finalists, Aviva UK Health, Benenden Health, Kamwell and Smarterly.
Commenting on the award win, Wayne Campbell said “Our team are delighted to have been named Health & Wellbeing Provider of the Year. Over the last 12 months, we have delivered over 25,000 onsite health assessments with incredibly high client satisfaction levels and built new technology to enhance every aspect of the employee journey. We have also launched the world’s first online mental health support tool/stress audit and relaunched our online lifestyle assessment.
So whilst it’s been another very busy year, our client satisfaction levels have never been better and we all thoroughly deserve this award”.
