For the duration of March, your challenge is to make one small lifestyle change and stick with it for the whole month.
This could be as simple as drinking a glass of water each morning when you wake up, or something a little trickier such as reducing the number of cigarettes you smoke each day.
When choosing what change you want to make, think not only about the change but also why you want to make it.
Whatever you chose, make sure it’s something that will benefit you. Something that will give you a sense of achievement. Because that’s when it’s easy to turn a small change into a habit.
To remind yourself of your goal, try writing your small change and your why (such as ‘I want to sleep for 7 hours a night so that I feel more refreshed and less grouchy’) on a post-it note and sticking it on your monitor or somewhere that you’ll be able to see it easily every single day so that you remember why you decided to take part in this challenge.
