Collating health data to devise client’s wellbeing strategies
Our approach has always been to collate health data to devise client’s wellbeing strategies allowing them to take a proactive approach to health and wellbeing. Recent research confirms only 9% of businesses measure their wellbeing programme which suggests many could be spending budgets ineffectively.
We believe that the only way to measure your programme effectively is to start by setting baseline data. This can be sourced from health screening data (either mini health checks or detailed screening), stress/wellbeing audits and other related data such as EAP uptake, PMI claims and many others. Once this information is established, you can highlight hot spots and trends within the organisation and then target these through engaging initiatives.
This allows you to be very proactive and the data can be split by departments or locations to provide a really engaging, professional and effective annual programme. Annually results can be compared to show improvements and other focus areas and by taking this approach you can measure ROI, reductions in PMI claims and other relevant data to your organisation.
