Healthy Performance are thrilled to announce that Sian Scurr has been appointed Healthy Performance’s new Operations Director and will formally begin her new role in January 2022!  

Sian says “I am delighted to be appointed as Healthy Performance’s new Operations Director. I look forward to my next chapter with the company and working alongside its amazing team of people” 

Just over two years ago, Sian joined Healthy Performance as Strategic Partner Manager and during this time, she has successfully grown and established relationships with our strategic partners and more recently managed two of our largest onsite contracts.  

With over 15 years of experience in customer service, sales and operational roles, Sian has been intrinsic to the success and strategic growth of HP with a particular focus on our partners and large scale contracts.  

In 2020 and 2021, Sian managed two of our largest projects which saw a large number of Health Assessors being onsite for long periods of time, along with the contractual delivery of those projects.  

As our Operations Director, Sian will now oversee our Customer Service and External Delivery teams to ensure that projects continue to be delivered on time and to the highest standard.  She will also remain working alongside the Commercial Director, Kelly and CEO Wayne, to achieve our vision of being the UK’s Health and Wellbeing provider of choice. 

Wayne says “the new role of Operations Director is essential to oversee our workflow from sales pipeline to service delivery and we were really keen to recruit from within due to the importance of the role. Sian is ideal for the role as alongside her experience, she aligns perfectly with our values and will no doubt make a really positive impact in the coming weeks, months and years” 

Kelly adds ‘ I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Sian as part of the Sales Team and can think of no one better placed as the Operations Director. The next phase of our journey together will be really exciting as we continue to build and grow!
