What Is A Physical Activity Diary?

An activity diary is used to track all of the physical activity that you do in a week. This includes things like walking, running, swimming or going to the gym. You can also use your diary to log day-to-day activity such as walking to the shop instead of driving or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
