If you are on a mission to lose weight then there could be a new trick to help – try weighing yourself every day!
A study published in the journal PLOS ONE highlighted that the more frequently dieters weighed themselves the more weight they lost. On the flip side, if dieters went more than a week without weighing themselves, they gained weight.
The researchers looked at the weight measurements of almost 3,000 people and found a correlation between how successful people were at shedding pounds was related to how often individuals weighed themselves.
A previous study by the same research team found that your weight naturally fluctuates throughout the week and that most people weigh the least on a Wednesday.
