Now staff see it as a “challenge” to better their score from last year and see it as a real employee benefit. The service is always professional and polite but not overly clinical so staff members feel at ease and there is no white coat syndrome.
It is particularly good due to the speed the report comes out so people even have the chance to discuss the findings on the same day.
