Healthy Performance are passionate about, and specialise in Employee Health and Wellbeing.  Our services include onsite Employee Health Screening, Health Promotion Events, Educational Workshops, Organisational Stress Audits/Training and various other related services.

 

The concept of Healthy Performance originated in 2001 when the company founder devised an Employee Wellbeing Programme for his then employers. As a direct result of this programme, improvements were evident in several key areas including motivation, reduced stress, increased energy and more focused performance. Departmental sickness reduced from eighteen days to just ONE day for the whole customer service team over a twelve month period and the key driving force behind this success was the Employee Wellbeing Programme.

 

The Healthy Performance team consists of a range of health professionals, nurses, fitness experts, nutritionists and staff with other related skills and experience.  We carry out internal training on a regular basis to ensure we deliver a consistent service to all clients.   Whilst we are experts in our field, we also have a wealth of business and organisational management experience so understand what is required for making it easy for us to tailor our services around your specific requirements. We have extremely high standards in everything we do and have a Code of Ethics that all of our team adhere to along with a series of policies and standards to maintain the Healthy Performance difference.

 

Spending the majority of our lives in results driven environments has built a mentality for being successful and this is reflected in the quality of our services.  Our philosophy is that organisations need to constantly adapt to the increasing demands of corporate life and for long term success there must be a healthy, solid platform on which to build a strategy for growth.
